1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Kiriya ("Kiriya", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kiriya.io. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the Kiriya platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players on Kiriya.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Kiriya employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Kiriya platform.

Kiriya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, Kiriya may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Age verification: Kiriya takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Kiriya account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Kiriya uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering on Kiriya, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Your Kiriya account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. Kiriya will treat all activity on your account as having been authorised by you.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Kiriya account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Contact Kiriya support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

KYC verification: Kiriya may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard industry requirement and is designed to protect both players and the platform from fraud and money laundering . Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months.

4. Deposits & Payments

Kiriya accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your Kiriya account in real time under normal conditions. The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Kiriya reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

Deposits on Kiriya are free of charge — Kiriya does not apply any processing fee to incoming deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Kiriya's control.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
  • Kiriya does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
  • If a deposit fails to credit within 30 minutes, contact Kiriya support with your transaction reference number.

Currency note: All balances, bets, and winnings on Kiriya are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion involved — what you deposit is what you play with.

5. Withdrawals

Kiriya processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity documents must have been reviewed and approved by the Kiriya compliance team. Withdrawals submitted before verification is complete will be held until the process is finalised.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Kiriya does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
  • Kiriya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.

Important: If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 60 minutes, please contact Kiriya support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests, as this may cause further delays.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Kiriya offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each bonus offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all Kiriya promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first; bonus funds are used after.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Kiriya reserves the right to withhold bonuses from players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse.
  • Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering requirements explained: If a bonus has a 20x wagering requirement and you receive a 500 BDT bonus, you must place bets totalling 10,000 BDT before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Kiriya platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by Kiriya, the game provider, or the player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

Each game on Kiriya has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Kiriya is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • In the event of a game malfunction, all bets and payouts related to the affected round are void.
  • If a game disconnects mid-round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded in your account history.
  • Kiriya reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or on games displaying erroneous information due to a technical error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kiriya platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Opening or operating more than one Kiriya account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void.
  • Attempting to launder money or use Kiriya for any illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing Kiriya staff or other players.
  • Accessing the Kiriya platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Fraud prevention: Kiriya uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor all transactions and gameplay. Suspicious activity triggers a manual review. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be closed and the matter may be referred to law enforcement.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Kiriya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Kiriya has reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • The player has breached any part of these Terms.
  • The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
  • The player's account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
  • The player is under 18 years of age.
  • Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Kiriya, other players, or third parties.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw during the suspension period. Kiriya will notify you of the suspension and the reason for it where legally permissible to do so.

Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

10. Responsible Gaming
